You may think that a D.I.Y stag party will be the better option arranging all the component parts yourself such the accommodation, activities, food, transport, the nights out, collecting payment, handling the money, paying all the different suppliers, co-ordinating the timings and dates in addition to which you’re doing this for potentially 10 other blokes you don’t even know very well. Wouldn’t you rather give these jobs to the experts who’ve done it 1,000’s of times before so you can just enjoy yourself! We provide:-

Activities

Canyoning

Call of the Wild are the leading provider of Canyoning in the UK -. Really test yourself by white water rafting without the raft! You will follow the river down one of the magnificent gorges by tobogganing down rapids, walking under and jumping off spectacular waterfalls. Our most popular activity. A high adrenaline day and one not to be missed.

Quad Biking

Our staff ensure you will have a great day. These are 250cc machines which guarantee an action packed experience. You are escorted by our instructors into the great outdoors with magnificent views out over the Brecon Beacons. Not restricted to a single track you ride through woodland, over mountain and rough terrain with water thrown in for good measure taking in the challenges en route.

Whisky Tour

Your guide will take you through the malt whisky production process. They will describe the stills and distillation process  used by Scottish, Irish and Welsh distillers and learn why this particular process is so unique.

Learn about different types of whisky from malts, Bourbons and Tennessee whiskies. have some fun and games nosing and tasting before  viewing the exhibition area and sampling more products.

Accommodation

You will stay at our own cafe, bar and accommodation known as Merlins (Subject to availability). This has become famous with our stag groups and  remains a firm favourite. You are guaranteed a warm welcome as you will be met by our staff who will look after you during the stag party. Merlins, which has its own bar which stays open late for residents, is situated in a lively town 20 minutes off the M4 at Swansea and just on the southern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Merlins has 9 rooms containing bunkbeds. Each room has en-suite facilities.

Grub

All included so you don’t have to worry about finding anywhere for your group to eat. Don’t expect free beer unless we have some special offers on. Take a look at our special offers page to see what’s available.

Transport

To and from activity venues. It’s difficult enough to find a venue when you are sober and on your own let alone trying it with a hangover and a group loud lads in the car with you. Therefore this option makes a lot of sense.

After Dark

This will be a night out in  the city of Swansea – the nightlife hub for Wales. A wide choice of pubs, clubs and bars to choose from. Most have late licences so no need for queue jumping and few problems getting access for stag groups.

Play the Tables – Casino

Experience the usual suspects –roulette, black jack and poker. A host can be arranged to teach you the ropes before you plunge into the live games. A great evening should you choose to give it a try.

Idea for Stag Party Itinerary

• Arrive Friday for evening meal. A quiet drink is had (NOT!) – all our accommodation have late bars.
• After a cooked breakfast on Saturday morning you are met by our staff who transport you to your activity. Packed lunch provided.
• After your wet and wild or dry and peaceful (I don’t think so) day transported back to your accommodation for an evening meal.
• Sample the nightclub capital of Wales, Swansea on Saturday night. Option of being transported and picked up by our staff.
• On Sunday, after breakfast, depart for your activity. Packed lunch provided.
• Transported back to accommodation absolutely k…ered for reluctant departure.
