Swansea, home to Catherine Zeta-Jones, Bonnie Tyler and of course it’s most famous son Dylan Thomas. A wonderful seafront location where you can sample the famous Mumbles Mile Pub crawl. A location which has found its feet as a stag destination in recent years.

This is due to a number of reasons including its accessibility from London in particular. It’s proximity to the Gower Peninsula, the first region in the UK to be designated An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with its stunning beaches. An area some argue is better for surfing than other better known destinations.

One of the best locations for offering the varierty of activities that many other destinations lack. You have the best of both worlds, the urban buzz and access to the great outdoors in the form of the Brecon Beacons National Park and the coast. Caving, climbing, canyoning, guided hill walks, mountaineering, surfing and coasteering would not be top of your list of activities for many other cities in the UK.
