Recommended minimum age is 8 years old. We will design the programme to suit the age and physical ability of the whole group to ensure you get the best family experience possible. Below is an example of the type of week that can be put together. The number of days  and activities can be altered to suit your requirements. Evening activities can be provided on request and also ideas for visits to local attractions.

Friday

Accommodation

Merlins

You will stay at our legendary Merlins (Subject to availability). This remains one of our most popular venues for our family groups . It continues to remain a firm favourite because of its friendly, lively and hospitable atmosphere. A great base for your family adventure activity holiday. You are guaranteed a warm welcome as you will be met by our staff who will look after you during your stay. Merlins, is just  20 minutes off the M4 at Swansea and just on the southern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Merlins has 9 rooms containing bunkbeds. Each room has en-suite facilities.

Activities

You can change these activities if they don’t suit your requirements. For instance you can susbstitute quad biking with climbing, caving, paintballing or clay pigeon shooting to name but a few. Take a look at the full list of activities by clicking here. These are just a few examples

Gorge Walking

Call of the Wild’s Adventure Britain are one of the leading providers of gorge walking in Wales -. Really enjoy yourself by getting up close and persoanl with the Welsh countryside. You will follow the river along one of the magnificent gorges we have on our doorstep by tobogganing down rapids, walking under and jumping off spectacular waterfalls. Our most popular activity for families.

A high adrenaline day and one not to be missed as it is suitable for mum, dad and the children.

Climbing

Another superb family adventure activity day. We have a range of climbing venues to choose from for this fun day. There is something for all the family given the variety on offer. This is an activity where the children can showoff to their parents – and don’t they make the most of the oportunity!
