Have you over indulged over the Christmas break enjoying yourself too much with food and drink? Did you get to New Year and make that New Year’s resolution that you are going to lead a healthier lifestyle and lose some weight. The diet started at midnight on New Years and lasted until… 2nd January! We’ve therefore designed this  invigorating health and wellness weekend for those who are looking to kick start their fitness, weight loss and healthier lifestyle in 2015.

We look to provide the  time and space for you to be inspired, set you on the road to getting fit, looking good and feeling fantastic.


Set in the stunning Brecon Beacons this inspirational landscape will be the setting for the weekend. Our objective is to reinvigorate both your body and mind and stimulate you to get out and start exercising for yourself . There is no better environment to achieve this than the Brecon Beacons.

Did you know that a days walking in somewhere like the Brecon Beacons could mean burning off up to 3,000 calories. A much better way of losing weight and re-energising those brain cells than spending hours in the gym.
